Customized Products
Due to the nature of our customized products (engraved or decorated glasses made according to your specifications), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been manufactured and shipped. We encourage you to carefully check the information provided (such as spelling, design choices, etc.) before finalizing your order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will request a photo of the damaged product and packaging (if possible), and we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund, depending on the case. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise refund if the conditions are not met.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After this period, unfortunately, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order, as the products are made to order.
Returns
Since our products are customized according to each customer's specific requests, we cannot accept returns except in the cases mentioned above (defective or damaged products).
Refund Procedure
If your refund request is accepted, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used during the purchase, within 7 to 10 business days.
